Turn-Key Dictation & Transcription Solutions
- iDictate: a facility that allows designated Users (physicians and other dictators) to record Dictation creating digital voice-files using a telephone
- iMobile (Physician, PA & Nurse): a client-side Pocket PC application allows designated dictators to securely access patient demographic and ADT data in a wireless environment and securely upload dictation
iType/iCoder
A utility that allows designated Users (such as medical transcriptionists-"MTs") to access assigned dictation, complete medical reports in MS Word and upload completed documents. Included in iType are additional features such as the ability to sort and filter billing statistics, worktypes, common abbreviations and hospital specific normals. iType is a single web-based tool integrating workflow management, dictation playback (with configurable audio controls), and auto fill of demographics, ADT feeds and automated document delivery back to the transcription department.
iAdmin Portal (Admin)
A Medical Transcription Company, Hospital or Clinic utility that allows users to route digital voice files from their dictation server or any of the Titan Dictation solutions to their Medical Transcriptionists or Medical Transcription Company. The iAdmin Portal allows users to monitor specified account activity, MT productivity and provides a snap shot of the entire document management process.
iPortal
A utility that allows designated Users (physicians and other dictators, as well as authorized members of their staff) to access completed documents released. As well, the iDictator Portal includes a search function that allows designated Users to search for previously completed and released documents based on a variety of search criteria.
iDistribute
Automates the distribution of paper reports via fax and print based upon predefined rules on a doctor by doctor basis.
ADT, HIS & Network iGateway
A standalone agent which resides on an internet-enabled computer outside your firewall. This agent allows for the automated distribution of both incoming and outgoing HL7 or non-HL7 messages. Additionally, it can also auto distribute1 reports directly to your LAN or WAN fax and print networks.
iRad Imaging System
Our new beta product allows healthcare professionals with Kodak enabled PACCS Systems to remotely distribute for collaboration and documentation of patient encounters. This application works with DICOM, JPEG, GIF and TIFF images and is accessible via wireless and traditionally connected Tablet PCs, Desktops and Laptop computers. |
